The Eighth Beef package is a popular starter package for those who've never bought beef before. But warning! Most of our customers say they wish they had ordered more! With this package, you will have your own little grocery store "freezer" section right at home. This option requires about 2 cubic feet of freezer space. 

Approximately:

• 25% steaks: possible cuts may include rib steaks, T-bones, sirloins, tri-tip, top rounds, chuck steaks, flank/skirt steaks, & cutlets
• 35% savory cuts & roasts: possible cuts may include chuck/sirloin tip/arm/rump roasts, brisket, short ribs, soup bones & stew meat
• 40% premium ground beef

*Each cow yields different quantities and weights of cuts. Cuts included may vary slightly.

How It Works

1. Reserve Your Beef Share
Choose your Beef Share and complete your payment in full to lock in your order.

2. Pick Up or Have It Delivered
When your beef is ready, choose what fits best:

• Pick Up directly from the ranch

• Ship it frozen to your doorstep

• Local Delivery available for select local areas

3. We’ll Keep You Posted
Once your order is being prepared, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way so you always know what’s happening at the ranch.

4. Once Your Beef Is Ready
When your beef is ready, we will notify you and arrange a time and date to get it to you. 

5. Store It Right Away
Your beef arrives frozen and ready for the freezer. Be sure to place it inside immediately to preserve that ranch-fresh quality Meadows Beef is known for.

Receiving Your Beef:

• If you choose to ship nationwide, your order will be shipped out after you've been notified.
• If you would like local pick-up in Lorena, please email us at info@meadowsbeef.com and we will reach out to coordinate
• Your beef will come in approximately 1 easy-to-handle box.
