Our Story...
Welcome to Meadows Beef, where we are committed to helping health conscious and fitness enthusiasts source the cleanest protein and healthiest grass-fed and grass finished beef you can trust. You can finally be proud of your grilling/smoking skills while maximizing your results inside and outside your diet and exercise regimen.
Have you ever purchased an expensive steak at the grocery store just to be disappointed with the quality, texture or flavor? Well, that is where our story begins.
Just like many of our best customers, we understand what it is like to not be able to trust what’s being sold at the supermarket and feel the guilt of yet another fast-food dinner. That is why in 2023 we launched Meadows Beef.
With two ranches, a few cows, new bulls and a lot of hard work, we are committed to responsibly raising our cattle, ensuring the highest quality grass fed beef for consumption. Today, we are the trusted farm-to-table meat producer our customers have grown to know and believe in.
At Meadows Beef, we are committed to pasture raised and grass finished feeding without any of the genetically modified grains and questionable treatment of animals you will find in most stores and other available sources. We believe this is essential for providing a quality product that promotes health and healing for families while preserving conscientious stewardship of the land and environment.
We are proud to be a part of the farm-to-table movement and to offer our customers the finest grass fed beef that is both nutrient-dense and full of mouth-watering flavor with each and every bite.
Please join us in our mission to provide the finest high quality beef raised with love, care and respect for both the animals and the environment by supporting our ranches and sharing your experience with friends and family as well. In doing so, you will play a vital role in bolstering the region’s economy and supporting our social responsibility efforts. Meadows Beef partners with local organizations to support charities such as Animals Have Hearts Too, Shepherd’s Heart Food Pantry, and the Humane Society of Central Texas. Your contribution also allows Meadows Beef to provide beef for hungry children in our community.
Thank you for choosing Meadows Beef. We look forward to serving you and providing you with an excellent farm-to-table experience. Order now to help improve your health and fitness journey with us, while enjoying our grass fed and finished beef.

When will my order ship?
We ship orders on Mondays and Tuesdays with an estimated delivery date to your front door within 1–3 days. Once we create the shipping label, you'll receive a Fed Ex tracking number via email to track your order anytime.
How is the meat shipped?
Our meat is vacuum sealed, frozen, and shipped with plenty foam ice bricks or dry ice in thermabags and insulated cardboard boxes.
Do I need to be home to accept delivery?
No. You do not need to be home for the delivery. Signature is not required, and your meat will stay nice and cold until you're able to transfer it to the freezer later the same day.
What if my meat is thawed upon delivery?
All meat is shipped frozen, with plenty of foam ice bricks and/or dry ice. Slight thawing can happen in some cases, but rest assured, the meat will stay at a safe temperature for several hours after delivery until you're able to place it in your freezer. Customers should expect beef that is beginning to thaw, NOT hard frozen, especially those in 2-3 day range, as is standard for all meat delivery by mail.
In the rare event your order is completely thawed, please contact us immediately.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes! Select the "local pickup" option on the checkout page. Please make sure to place your order online and wait for our confirmation for pick up location, date, and time.
What do you feed?
Our cattle are grass-fed and grass finished. We have also have feed custom milled at our local Livestock Nutrition Center. They mix a grass-fed ration for us.
Do your products come fresh or frozen?
Yes to both, although not in the context you are thinking. When someone asks if we sell any thing “fresh”, what they really mean is “thawed”. We have been conditioned by the grocery stores to equate thawed meat in a package as “fresh”, when in fact, it has probably been frozen, thawed, and refrozen several times before hitting the store shelves. Our meat is cut, vacuum sealed, and flash frozen, giving us the freshest products possible.
Do you sell to restaurants/grocery stores?
Yes! If you would like to discuss a bulk order please contact us.
What is your refund policy?
We cannot accept returns on any products. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us immediately. If you are requesting a refund for any reason, we do require you to contact our office within 24 hours of delivery. All refunds are issued in the form of STORE CREDIT only and on a case by case basis.
